Wellbeing Action Plan
Here at Ascentis, we are passionate about employee wellbeing, and that is why we have introduced a Wellbeing Action Plan. Our action plan looks at mental, physical, financial, environmental and social aspects of wellbeing. The strategy is reviewed regularly and is communicated through activities, awareness days and internal communications.
Gender Pay Gap
We are passionate about creating an inclusive culture at Ascentis and as part of this, we have been working on our Gender Pay Gap Action Plan. This has resulted in a decrease in the Gender Pay Gap from 27% in 2018 to 8% in 2021. We are continuing to work on ongoing actions, to ensure that the gap continues to decrease.
One Team Scheme
The One Team Scheme embeds staff recognition into everyday interactions by facilitating lots of opportunities for employees to be rewarded and recognised.
We are passionate about developing our employees, and that is why in a 12 month period during 2021/22 20% of employees were promoted.
We love to give back to local and national charities! Fancy dress, cake baking, netball matches, quizzes and lots more. We are always thinking of new ways to raise money for fantastic causes.
A funfilled day of celebrating our achievements, team building activities and an opportunity to share crucial organisational information as #OneTeam. A morale-boosting social event that everybody looks forward to.
